Internal chemical treatment of boiler water is essential whether or not the water has been distillated or pretreated. Worse still is ordinary water taken from ashore to be used as feedwater. Contaminants present in raw water such as sodium compounds of chloride, sulfate, and carbonate, as well as dissolved gases such us oxygen and carbon dioxide, will initiate a series of problems the most common of them being corrosion, scaling and carryover.

Concentrate liquid additive used as corrosion inhibitor and alkalinity supplier for the pH adjustment of the boiler water.
Chemophos
Boiler water hardness control-powder
Dry powder product, using phosphate control for hardness reduction in boiler water systems. Soluble in water, prevents calcium adhesibility
Liquid Coagulant
Boiler water sludge control
Liquid product used to keep sludge suspended in water for easy removal during blow down. It also softens most of the oily remains that tend to solidify.
